Annotation
The article dwells on the issues concerned with elevation of effectiveness of transition to digital television in Tajikistan Republic. The author has analyzed the ways of engrafting additional services; he adduces the results of cable TV unfolding in DVB-C standard. The variants of elevation of network profitability at the expense of organization of services of high speed internet along the circuits of cable television of DVB-C standard have been characterized. Potentialities and free resource of cable TV circuits have been investigated for a creation of hybrid networks with utilization of MMDS wireless technologies. The author of the article has conducted an analysis of TV channels of air terrestrial digital telecasting of DVB-T2 standard with a penetration of signals from neighboring states having been taken into account. Positive aspects of foreign experience on realization of digital dividend through auctions are underscored, this experience promoting a development of digital TV in Republic of Tajikistan.
