THE POSSIBILITIES OF INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT BUDGETARY TRANSACTIONS

Annotation

     The possibility of reducing the transaction costs of the expenditure part of the state budget of the Republic of Tajikistan through the use of information and communication technologies in the automation of document circulation in the public sector is considered. The analysis of the dynamics of the state budget expenditures on the state power sector is carried out. The ways of ensuring the reduction of transaction costs in the structure of the state budget expenditures for the public sector have been studied. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the development and implementation of an automated document management system, as a branch of the Electronic Government of RT is carried out.
