Annotation

Within this article are explored the issue of organizing a digital signature certifying center based on Law of Republic of Tajikistan from July 30, 2007, No. 320 “On Electronic Digital Signature”. In addition, there are described models for certification authority, members of key employees’ identification and methods for members’ replacement of CA.
