Annotation

 

  Problems of use of labor categories are considered, labor categories are systematized and analogies and distinctions between the concepts “human resources”, “human potential”, “manpower”, “labor potential”, “labor” and “personnel potential” are defined in this article. Unlike the existing researches, these concepts are investigated in interrelation on macro and microlevels.
