DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF CARDING MACHINES

Annotation

 

 The system of automatic control of combing machines is considered. The analysis of the electric drive of the carding machine is performed, a block diagram of the automatic control system of the carding machine pulling is proposed, as well as the equivalent circuit of the system of automatic alignment of the linear density of the card of the carding machine. A functional and equivalent structural scheme of the control system of the carding machine is proposed. The frequency characteristics of the automatic control system are built, the stability of the system is revealed. To determine the stability of the system, the amplitude-phase Nyquist stability criterion was used. The investigation of the stability of the automatic control system of carding machine carried on a logarithmic amplitude and phase frequency characteristics. The results of the study indicate a stable state of the automatic control system.
