Annotation
The article discusses the method of advanced training of teachers and professional workers using information technology. Determining the competence of information and communication technologies, it is noted that the effective implementation of modern technologies in the advanced training ensure continuous updating of knowledge. It is proved that the high quality of advanced training in the conditions of self-training is ensured if the following conditions are met:
– the presence of an information learning environment, educational Web resources, network teaching staff, network universities;
– the knowledge and skills to use Web- search technology training of Web-resources, the ability to obtain information from of Web-resources, analysis and adaptation of the training of Web-resources;
– professional abilities to use knowledge in the field of training and use of Web-resources in professional activities.
