ALGORITHM OF FORMING A STRATEGY FOR ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGIONAL MARKET

Annotation

 

 The classification of methodological approaches to the development of an algorithm for forming a strategy for the development of enterprises in the regional market were carried out. The algorithm is substantiated, which, while retaining the advantages of the considered approaches to forming the development strategy of large industrial enterprises, allows using the available statistical information to formulate a development strategy for medium and small enterprises. Examined in detail the stages of the development of the algorithm on an example of the formation of the strategy of “market development” of industrial enterprises. The proposed algorithm was tested on the example of the activity of the enterprise for the production of flour and pasta, as one of the promising sub-sectors of the food industry of the Sogd region of Tajikistan. The research results can serve as the basis for the development of strategic plans for the development of enterprises in the regional economy and state regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
