Annotation

The article considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of stimulating the innovative development of the national economy of Tajikistan. As the experience of innovatively developed countries show and scientific analysis of the specifics of the innovative development of the economy of our republic, one of the most important factors for stimulating it is the creation of favorable conditions for the activities of domestic enterprises focused on the development of export of local products and import substitution. It is proved that the innovation sector of the economy is characterized by fragmentation and discontinuity in the financial mechanism to stimulate innovation activity. It has been substantiated that there have been positive trends in innovative development: the introduction of borrowed innovative technologies and technical means supplied from outside, within the framework of attracting foreign investments, including their direct forms. Further improvement of the financial mechanism for stimulating innovative development is possible by changing priorities in stimulating investment in fixed assets, improving the insurance system in terms of the availability of insurance products for all categories of commodity producers and activating the mechanism of state procurement of domestic innovative goods.
