Annotation
The article is based on the construction of the “wheel of lean production” to assess the effectiveness of the concept of “lean production” at the enterprise. It is noted that the production system is one of the important components of the competitiveness of modern industrial enterprise. The most effective direction of the development of the production system is the introduction of the concept of “lean manufacturing”. The essence and content of the concept of “lean manufacturing”, the history of its emergence, disclosed the principles and tools of this system. Using the method of constructing the “wheel of lean production”, “bottlenecks” are identified on the example of the food industry enterprise LLC “Farovon-1”. On the basis of the identified “bottlenecks” an algorithm for the development of the production system of the enterprise using the principles of “striving for continuous improvement” – kaizen and “pulling” flow production – kanban. To assess the effectiveness of the implementation of lean manufacturing, such indicators as “the level of use of inventories”, “the level of work with suppliers”, “the level of customer satisfaction” are used. The technique of construction of the algorithm of development of the production system and practical recommendations for elimination of “bottlenecks” at the enterprise is offered. It is concluded that the introduction of the concept of lean production is one of the most effective tools for the development of the production system, and the proposed method of constructing the “wheel of lean production” gives the opportunity to assess the current state of the production system of the enterprise and to determine the algorithm of its further development.
