ASSESSMENT OF INDICATORS OF HUMAN POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TEXTILE PRODUCTS IN THE SOGD REGION

Annotation

 

  Human potential is an essential component of sustainable development of enterprises and socio-economic development of society as a whole. The use of human resources in enterprises and the realization of their potential affects the sustainable development of enterprises. In this regard, the manager of the enterprise in order to design a development strategy it is necessary to assess the level of human potential. The scientific researches of foreign and domestic scientists, devoted to theoretical bases and analytical aspects of the problem of human potential development and evaluation of its level, were studied. The indicators that are necessary to assess the level of human potential of an industrial enterprise are presented and the methodology of its calculation is given. The estimation of separate indices of human potential is done and the integral index of human development level of textile enterprise is calculated. The results of the study showed that the level of human potential at the analyzed enterprise is not high and has an unstable trend. The problems which lead to the decrease of human potential of the enterprise are revealed.  It is concluded that the enterprise has a number of problems in human potential management. It is revealed that the root cause of the low level of human potential development is the lack of orientation of enterprise managers on strategic development and understanding of the relevance of activating the human factor in modern conditions.
