Annotation
The results of a study to determine the effectiveness of the use of various types of alternative energy sources that are available for use in the conditions of the development of the Tajik economy are presented. The features of the use of alternative energy sources in the economy of Tajikistan are considered, the characteristics of the types of renewable energy sources (RES) that are expedient to use in the climatic conditions of Tajikistan are given. An analysis of the use of renewable energy sources in the energy complex of Tajikistan was carried out. A study of the current state of the energy sector in the Republic of Tajikistan shows that hydroelectric power plants account for the vast majority of the available capacities of the Tajik energy system. The analysis and calculations of technical and economic indicators for such types of renewable energy sources as the use of a wind power plant (WPP), a solar power plant (SPP), small hydropower (SHPP) have been carried out. The possibilities of using each type of renewable energy sources in the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan are considered. It has been established that with the same energy effect, unlike other environmentally friendly renewable sources of electricity, small hydropower is practically independent of weather conditions and is able to provide a stable supply of cheap electricity to the consumer, is economically justified, since it requires the lowest costs during construction and operation, and will cost 1.5-2 times cheaper. Measures have been developed for the efficient use of alternative energy sources in the Republic of Tajikistan.
