INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY AS AN INNOVATIVE VECTOR OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY OF TAJIKISTAN

Annotation

 

  The article is devoted to the analysis of intellectual activity as an important subsystem of the innovative vector of development of the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan. The analysis of the experience of developed countries in the field of innovative vector of development was carried out. It is concluded that in the modern world, the innovative vector of development is becoming increasingly important, since it is it that largely determines the competitiveness of the national economy in world markets and is a new source of economic growth based on the intellectual. It is noted that in the context of the development of competitive market relations, the main effective lever of the economic policy of the state is a self-sufficient system of industrial and innovative activities of market entities. In the economies of developed countries, the bulk of GDP growth, due to knowledge embodied in engineering and technology, is of an intellectual and innovative nature. It is concluded that, first of all, the national policy in the field of protection and protection of intellectual property rights should be aimed at improving legislation on the protection of intellectual property, which includes improving the processes of legal protection, introducing new objects of intellectual property into economic circulation, ensuring the protection of rights and legal interests of authors, organizations, investors and the country as a whole.
