Our journal was founded in 2016. The international number of the journal is ISSN 2519-4062. The journal is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). All published issues of the journal are available in the Russian Scientific Electronic Library eLibrary.

The journal is published 4 times a year, all issues are open access.

The founder of the journal is the Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S. Osimi. The Institute trains personnel for the economy, energy, construction, transport and other sectors of the national economy.

We publish original research articles on the results of research in the field of information technology, energy, economic theory and management.

All articles submitted to the journal are reviewed by members of the editorial board – leading experts in the relevant subject area.

INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

General rules

1. Original works in Russian, Tajik and English languages that do not violate the copyrights of third parties are accepted for publication.
2. The article is submitted to the editors of the journal by e-mail. The file name of the article should contain the surname of all authors and the word “article”. The recommended length of the text of the article: at least 12,000 characters with spaces, and the total volume of the planned publication (including abstract, keywords, bibliography) should not exceed 30,000 characters with spaces.
3.  Articles are published free of charge, authors are not paid royalties.
4. The editors of the journal “Bulletin of PITTU named after academician M.S. Osimi”, when considering an article, can check the material using the “Anti-plagiarism” system. Recommended level of originality of the article: at least 75%.
5.  The article is considered by the editors within 30 days.

Formatting article elements

1.  The electronic version is created in Microsoft Word and saved with the .docx or .doc extension. Page format – A4 (book), margins – 2 cm on all sides, indentation – 1.0 cm, alignment – in width, line spacing – single. Do not number pages. Subscript links are not allowed. Typeface – Times New Roman, size – 12. All text should be black and typed in the same typeface and size. Article files should not contain special characters: forced hyphenation; non-breaking space; forced paragraph.
2. The article published in the journal should consist of the following consecutive elements:

•  index of the universal decimal classification (UDC) –on the left, in straight bold style;
• the title of the article – in Russian and English, capital letters, centered in bold;
• surname, name, patronymic of the authors in full – in Russian, Tajik and English, in the center, in bold;
• academic degree, academic title, position, place of work (indicating the city, country) of the authors – in Russian, Tajik and English;
• e-mail and phone (for contact between the editorial board and the author, not published);
• abstract and keywords – in Russian, Tajik and English;
• text of the article;
• references – in Russian and English (in transliteration) languages. Article elements are separated from each other by one blank line.

3.  Postgraduate students, applicants, teachers, doctoral students indicate the department and educational institution in Russian, Tajik and English; Articles of undergraduates are published necessarily in co-authorship with a candidate or doctor of sciences.
4. Abstract reflects the subject and purpose of the article, methodology, main results of the study, scope of their application, conclusions. This is a summary of the article without introduction, introductory phrases and general sentences. The volume of the abstract is from 150 to 300 words.
5. Keywords – words or phrases by which the article will be indexed in the Russian index of scientific citation (RISC), as well as in international databases. Phrases consisting of no more than 3 words. Recommended 6 – 8 keywords or phrases separated from each other by commas.
6. The main part of the article should be built according to the IMRAD standards: introduction (statement of the problem, goal and tasks), main part (review of scientific sources, description of the methodology, research results and their analysis), at the end of the article there must be a conclusion.
7.  References to the sources indicated in the text are given sub linearly. At the end of the article, there is a bibliography in alphabetical order. Link to previous publications in the journal “Bulletin of PITTU named after academician M.S. Osimi” on the research topic is welcome.
8. The bibliography (References) should contain at least five scientific sources related to the analyzed issues. No more than 25% of self-quoting sources are allowed. The bibliographic list in Russian should be duplicated in English.
9.  Requirements for the design of figures and tables. Figures and tables have their own serial number, their title is translated into Russian, Tajik and English. The text of the article must provide an explanation and a link to them.

PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES

Articles submitted to the editorial board undergo a preliminary examination. The examination is carried out by members of the editorial board – specialists in the relevant field of science (candidates and doctors of science). Requirements for the design of articles are contained in each issue of the journal. When accepting the manuscript, the editors inform the author of the comments on the content and design of the article, which the author must eliminate beforethe specified time.

Then the article is necessarily reviewed by members of the editorial board of the journal or external experts in the relevant specialty (candidates and doctors of science).

The review should contain a reasonable enumeration of the qualities of the article, including the scientific novelty of the problem, its relevance, scientific value, citation accuracy, style of presentation, use of modern sources, as well as an indication of its shortcomings. In conclusion, a general assessment of the article and recommendations for the editorial board are given – to publish the article, publish it after revision, send it for an additional review to a specialist in a particular subject, or reject it. The volume of the review is at least one page of text.

An article accepted for publication, but in need of revision, is sent to the authors with the comments of the reviewer and editor. The authors must make all necessary corrections to the final version of the manuscript and return to the editors the corrected text, as well as its identical electronic version, along with the original version of the manuscript. After completion, the article is re-reviewed, and the editorial board decides on its publication.

An article is considered accepted for publication in the presence of a positive review and acceptance by members of the editorial board – experts in the relevant field of science. The order and sequence of publication of the article is determined depending on the date of receipt of its final version.

The review of the manuscript is carried out by a double “blind” method. Reviewers, as well as members of the editorial board, do not have the right to use in their own interests the information contained in the manuscript before it is published. Disclosure of confidential details of the review of the manuscript violates the rights of the author. Reviews are stored in the editorial office of the journal for 5 years. The editorial board of the journal sends copies of reviews to the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan upon receipt of a corresponding request by the editorial office of the publication.
