In the article investigated the theoretical approaches to the definition of points of economic growth and growth poles, factors and conditions of their occurrence. The techniques deter-mine the points of economic growth in the industrial region studied their advantages and disad-vantages. The analysis of the industries of Sughd region and identified the potential in terms of growth in the region.
