METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ESTIMATION INTERACTION OF LABOR MARKETS AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation

 

  The methods allowing to estimate the interaction of the sphere of vocational education and the labor market are analyzed: a methodical approach based on the forecasting of staff requirements, a balance model, a method for determining the level of employment of graduates and the method of conducting market research to identify the interaction of the markets under study from the perspective of consumers of services. Their advantages and disadvantages, possibilities of application in various economic situations are revealed. The expediency of using a balance model for determining the equilibrium of markets and calculating an integral indicator for determining the level of interaction of the markets being investigated is substantiated.
