Аnnotation
The competitiveness of the economy as a whole and the company in particular is determined by the degree of involvement and interest in the effective quality work of the enterprise’s employees. The authors proposed the duality of perception of values by the organization and the employee and also developed and tested a methodology for assessing the value categories of personnel. The methodology allows to determine the conformity of the values of the organization and personnel, the organization and the staff of the unit, organization and organization. Conformity assessment values of the organization and the collective unit includes an analysis of evaluations of all personnel of the unit. This technique allows to correct the management, motivation and incentive, as well as its further progress up the career ladder. The methodology allows to establish the degree of compliance of the values of the organization with the values of the personnel of an individual unit, department and the whole enterprise.
