ASSESSMENT OF RELIABILITY PARAMETERS USING THE EXAMPLE OF CABLE LINES 0.4 kV POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

Abstract
The article defines the laws of change of probabilistic characteristics of re-
liability of low-voltage cable lines. The scientific novelty of the proposed work is the refinement
of the existing algorithms for assessing the reliability of the functioning of 0.4 kV cable lines
used in the in-plant power supply, using operational data. The practical significance of this pa-
per consists in the development of algorithms for the refined assessment of reliability character-
istics of cable lines. At the same time the analysis of calculated and operational data of the in-
vestigated information of functional parameters of operation and failure of elements is carried
out. Types of functions of change of basic reliability parameters are defined and corresponding
graphical dependences are shown. The comparison of the obtained results of the values of
probability of failure-free operation time with the requirements of GOST and passport data is
carried out. It is established that reliability parameters of investigated cable lines AVVG-0,4 kV
under actual operation modes correspond to passport service life equal to 25 years. The inves-
tigated probabilistic parameters of cable lines are checked for compliance with the accepted
law of distribution of random variables using Pearson's criterion (or χ2 criterion). It is recom-
mended to use the obtained data to adjust the regulations of current maintenance and overhauls
of in-plant power supply systems.
