COST AND INCOME MANAGEMENT OF A TRADING COMPANY BASED ON THE INTEGRATED 1C: ERP 2 INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract
In today's business environment, effective cost and revenue management is a key success factor for trading companies. To increase the level of automation and optimize the management of financial processes in such companies, the introduction of an expense and income management module based on the integrated 1C: ERP information system is an important step. This study focuses on the analysis of the process of implementing the cost and income management module in a trading company using the 1C: ERP information system. The study examines the main advantages and capabilities of this module, as well as methods for configuring and integrating it with existing management processes in the company. The main focus is on analyzing the potential benefits of implementing the cost and income management module based on the 1C: ERP information system, such as improving the efficiency of financial flow management, improving cost control, optimizing budget planning processes, as well as increasing transparency and accuracy of accounting for financial information. In addition, the study includes an analysis of the main problems and risks that may arise during the implementation of the module, such as a lack of qualified personnel to configure the system, possible technical problems during integration with existing systems, as well as the need for staff training. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that it is advisable to implement a cost and income management module based on the 1C: ERP information system in a trading company. In conclusion, recommendations are offered for the successful implementation of the module, including staff training, testing before full launch, and organization of a monitoring and support system after implementation.
