Annotation
The article presents research and analysis of topology of industrial power supply schemes on the basis of technical and economic comparison of variants at installation of two transformers with capacity of 630 and 250 kV instead of one with capacity of 1000 kV to reveal possible ways of saving of electric power in the power supply system. The single-shift operation mode of the investigated production area is considered. At the same time, the power of substation consumers who have a 24-hour power supply mode is 20-25% of the total load of the site. For calculations have been taken and the estimated period weekly cycle, equal to 168 hours, the interval of the calculation period business day – 9 hours, working period of 45 hours, non – working period of 123 hours. Power and electric power losses in shop transformers with capacity of 1000, 630 and 250 kV are calculated. The cost of the saved electric power at installation of two transformers of smaller capacity for the annual period of operation taking into account the cost of installation and starting-up and adjustment works has been determined. Calculation studies have shown the expediency of using the circuit with two transformers of lower power, taking into account their optimal load in place of one that feeds the shop floor technological and 24-hour load of consumers. The proposed measures can reduce the total loss of electricity and reduce operating costs. Allocating processing load and attaching it to a separate transformer improves power quality for various technological operating modes and on-load of consumers. This increases the efficiency of equipment operation and improves the technical and economic characteristics of the power supply system. The paper defines the estimated period of return on investment. The comparative research of technical parameters of the considered industrial power supply schemes with the identification of their features.
