 Annotation

Since the beginning of its activity, the Polytechnic Institute in the city of Khujand has been issuing highly qualified personnel in the field of information technology. First of all, these are programmers who prepare projects of information systems and Web – applications with the purpose of automation of different spheres of activity, create and implement in practice. This is based on the fact that the curriculum for information technology specialties was developed in accordance with international standards and the educational process is based on modern technologies. And this high level of personnel training enabled the Institute to automate all aspects of its activities without resorting to any external specialists for 10 years. The basis for the development of e-government is human capital, and most importantly, specialists in the field of information technology who create a variety of e-services to ensure the operation of e-government. The article shows that in the framework of graduation work, the direction of students in specialties related to information technology to create applied and practical information systems ensures the development of electronic government with highly qualified personnel.
