Annotation
The main failures causes in the operation of irrigation pumping stations of the first rise are identified and analyzed. The dynamical stability of high-voltage synchronous motors and the influence of short-time interruptions in power supply are explained. The analysis of the influence of starting currents of synchronous motors on the operation of pumping units and all electrical equipment as a whole is carried out. On a concrete example, the inefficiency of using frequency converters in the operation of pump units of irrigation pumping stations is justified. It is established that the speed of the automatic reserve transfer device does not fully correspond to the necessary parameters for elimination of failures and hydraulic shocks in pumping units. The measures to improve the reliability of the power supply system for irrigation pumping stations of the first ascent and track have been substantiated. It is recommended to use a soft starter (soft starter) for switching on a high-voltage synchronous motor of pump units of an irrigation pumping station.
