Annotation
The article describes types of diversification, methods for their evaluation, ways to increase the degree of diversification and efficiency of enterprises’ operations by reducing the risk of business. The example of a particular company shows that in diversified companies the risk of bankruptcy is significantly reduced. Among other factors, this is due to the fact that losses of one business can be compensated by the profit of another.
