Annotation

 

   A hypothesis on the influence of interregional interaction on the sustainability of the development of the region is suggested in the given article. From the positions of the system approach, an  attempt to justify the interrelation between interregional interaction and the sustainability of the development of the region was made. The review of scientific literature on interregional economic interaction is conducted. Theoretical bases of inter-regional economic interaction are determined. A possible concept of organization is proposed, promising forms of development of interregional interaction are revealed.
