Annotation
Justified the necessity of introducing adjustable electric drives of water-supplying pumps for residential buildings, and the design features of an energy-saving control system are revealed. Experimentally determined the daily diagram of water-consumption in order to ensure optimal daily energy-consumption. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, that proposed to use for water supply pumps an automated frequency-controlled electric drive system (IF-BP), which allows to reduce energy costs in comparison with the existing non-adjustable electric drive three or more times. The results presented in the paper can be used in the development of specific practical recommendations for the design of automated control systems for water supply pumps that provide optimal energy and water consumption modes in the housing complex.
