CONCEPTUAL DIRECTIONS OF STRATEGIC PLANNING OF INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

Annotation

 

   The necessity of developing conceptual directions of strategic planning of investment development of the region in order to increase investment activity, allowing to achieve high rates of economic growth, is substantiated. The definition of the investment path for the development of the regional economy is formulated, which considers a high degree of investment activity as a key component, which allows achieving dynamic and sustainable change through the acquisition or development of high-ranking regional competitive advantages. It is noted that the investment development strategy of the region acts as an independent and key action program that takes into account industry specifics and the degree to which the region is provided with investment resources. The strategic document – the National Development Strategy of Tajikistan (NDS-2030), which provides for the comprehensive development of the economy of the republic and is the basis for further long-term and medium-term programs for the development of the state as a whole, as well as regions, cities and districts, was analyzed in detail. Выявлены существующие в настоящее время проблемы инвестирования в экономику, среди которых можно выделить следующие: отсутствие стабильного роста в отраслях, выпускающих конечный продукт, низкий уровень инновационной активности экономики региона и высокие процентные ставки банковских кредитов. Для Согдийской области помимо указанных проблем характерено недостаточное производство высокотехнологичной продукции. Обоснованы меры по их преодолению на каждом уровне управления.
