Abstract

The article examines the problem of the influence of artificial intelligence on economic growth and increased competitiveness. The potential benefits of artificial intelligence have been shown to be enormous. At the same time, debate is raging in scientific and technological circles over whether humanity is ready for such drastic changes in this area. The work examines the factors of positive dynamics in the volume of the global artificial intelligence market, in particular in the CIS countries. The study showed that modern manufacturing enterprises play a leading role in the development of innovative technologies and new products through the necessary concentration of market, intellectual, human and infrastructure assets. The level of industrial automation, currently less than a third on average worldwide, is growing rapidly and may exceed half in five years. In addition, in modern conditions, intangible assets play an increasingly important role in the market economy, and the commercialization of intellectual activity is confidently coming to the fore. This indicates that digitalization and the introduction of artificial intelligence are becoming the most important factors in economic growth and increased competitiveness, as they can significantly increase labor productivity and production efficiency.
