Abstract

The article addresses the issues of reducing electrical losses in industrial networks within the Russian Federation. The focus is on challenges related to energy losses in electrical networks and the necessity of improving methods to address these issues. To optimize the performance of energy systems, the proposed approaches include replacing outdated equipment, utilizing high-efficiency monitoring and control technologies, and implementing innovative methods such as Demand Response technology. Key factors for optimizing energy systems are identified as innovative, technical, and personnel transformations. The optimization process emphasizes not only technical and innovative advancements but also the development of human resource potential. A significant direction of the work is the reduction of the "human factor" influence on energy system management through automation and digitalization. The importance of continuous training and retraining of personnel to enhance professional competence is also highlighted. The concluding section provides specific recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises. Proposed energy-saving measures are presented as essential steps to reduce energy losses in industrial networks. These measures, in turn, contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency of the country's energy sector.
