Abstract

The scientific article examines the role of entrepreneurial activity in the development of the regional economy and its development is closely related to human capital. Since the quality of management and control over the production, labor and financial activities of the enterprise depends on the knowledge, experience, competence and skills of the entrepreneur. However, statistical analysis of this region indicates inefficient use of labor resources, as evidenced by the high level of unemployment in the region. Therefore, for the effective use of human capital at the regional level, it is necessary to take certain measures to solve this problem. To consider this problem and on its basis, the main factors have been selected that directly affect the effective use of human capital, which will increase the number of new enterprises and reduce unemployment in the region. To analyze the data, the work used statistical data of the republic and identified the main factors, such as the number of business entities, types of individual entrepreneurs, the number of enterprises and organizations in the territory of the republic and individual regions. The main factors influencing the number of new enterprises were also selected and analyzed and a multiple regression equation was compiled. To effectively use human capital, it is necessary to create new enterprises or reconstruct existing ones in order to increase jobs and thereby raise the level of employment in the region. The influence of HCI on the increase in new enterprises is analyzed and a multiple regression equation is constructed. The connection between entrepreneurship and the human capital development index has been identified and substantiated.
