The matrix of Franchon and Romane is based on a strategic financial position based on an assessment of the financial results of economic activities and financial and economic activities. Strategic Model Arthur D. Little (ADL \/ LC) is the definition of a financial performance-based strategy to create a balanced business portfolio based on a life cycle phase. This model is calculated based on the investment rate and the average rate arrived on net assets.
