Annotation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        The article presents the factors and conditions for ensuring the sustainability of the information management system (IMS) of an educational institution. Particular attention is paid to the need to develop an organizational mechanism for the functioning of IMS and its financial support. The factors of sustainability of the automated information management sys-tem of a general educational institution in Tajikistan are considered. The main tasks of implementing such a system are analyzed — improving the quality of educational services, automation of the institution’s activities, transition to paperless management technology. The key factors of sustainability are identified: high computer literacy of staff, the presence of technical support infrastructure, organizational mechanism and source of financing. Measures to improve system reliability and ensure continuity of its operation are considered. It is concluded that a set of organizational and technical measures is necessary to ensure the sustainability of the automat-ed information management system of a school. The key factors are staff training in the field of IT, creation of technical support infrastructure, regulatory regulation of processes and financial support. To improve fault tolerance of the system, solutions for redundancy, emergency recov-ery, regular software updates and protection against cyber threats should be applied. Constant monitoring of performance and timely upgrading of the system in accordance with the needs of the educational process is necessary. The implementation of an automated management system will improve the efficiency of school management and the quality of education provided that its sustainability is ensured.<\/em><\/p>\n
