Annotation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      <\/em>The author’s view of a solution of the problem of balance of labor market and the market of professional education is presented in the article. It is emphasized that this one of conditions of successful functioning and progressive development of any national econo-my. It is shown that discrepancy of structure of labor demand to structure of its offer gener-ates numerous negative consequences: unemployment among able-bodied population, de-crease in level and quality of life and increase in scales of shadow economy. In work, the mechanism of interaction of the specified markets because of the state private partnership which realization allows to provide sustainable social economic development of the region is offered.<\/p>\n
