\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A principally new approach to the appraisal of economic, budgetary and commercial effectiveness of the designed offers with the use of international method of UNO, which is widely put into practice in most developed countries in the world, is given. The proposed economic analysis allows to study the effectiveness of the project from the standpoint of all society and to define the influence of the project on the real significance of national income.<\/em><\/p>\n
