\u00a0 The<\/em> issues<\/em> of<\/em> changing<\/em> the<\/em> quality<\/em> management<\/em> system<\/em> for<\/em> training<\/em> specialists<\/em> in<\/em> the<\/em> university<\/em> are<\/em> considered<\/em> as<\/em> one<\/em> of<\/em> the<\/em> main<\/em> directions<\/em> for<\/em> improving<\/em> the<\/em> quality<\/em> of<\/em> graduates<\/em>. <\/em>The<\/em> method<\/em> of<\/em> comparative<\/em> analysis<\/em> justifies<\/em> the<\/em> transition<\/em> from<\/em> a<\/em> functional<\/em> approach<\/em> to<\/em> quality<\/em> management<\/em> in<\/em> the<\/em> training<\/em> of<\/em> specialists<\/em> in<\/em> higher<\/em> education<\/em> institutions<\/em> to<\/em> the<\/em> process<\/em> approach<\/em>. <\/em>Giving<\/em> an<\/em> advantage<\/em> to<\/em> the<\/em> process<\/em> approach<\/em>, <\/em>it<\/em> is<\/em> noted<\/em> that<\/em> it<\/em> is<\/em> unlawful<\/em> to<\/em> oppose<\/em> its<\/em> functional<\/em> approach<\/em>. <\/em>The<\/em> method<\/em> of<\/em> formation<\/em> of<\/em> the<\/em> process<\/em> control<\/em> system<\/em> for<\/em> the<\/em> quality<\/em> of<\/em> training<\/em> specialists<\/em> in<\/em> the<\/em> university<\/em> is<\/em> proposed<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n
