\u00a0The article considered the main principles of the crisis management of the enterprises of the region. The development of a mechanism for anti-crisis management of domestic enterprises is based on an assessment of their economic and financial status, as well as the level of approach to the crisis. An assessment of the level of nearing the crisis of the enterprise for the production of dried fruits was carried out according to E. Altman’s model for the enterprises of the ex \u2013 Soviet Union countries before and after the introduction of the anti-crisis management mechanism. Reduction of production and commercial costs, activation of marketing activities to increase sales and improve the management structure are the main components of the anti-crisis management mechanism of the enterprise for the production of dried fruits.<\/em><\/p>\n
