 <\/p>\n

\u00a0The theoretical positions of the influence of human capital on the innovative and sustainable development of the economy of the region and the country are considered as a whole. The thesis is substantiated that the achievement of sustainable development and qualitative economic growth is possible by switching to the type of knowledge that is based on economy. To solve this strategic task, investments in intangible assets are needed: education, research and development, innovation, labor potential and human capital, the main component of which is the training of highly qualified personnel. The analysis of the existing situation in the labor market of the Republic of Tajikistan is carried out, which is characterized by an imbalance in the demand for labor and labor supply. The latter is explained by the lag of the education system from the needs of the modern labor market, where the training of personnel is carried out to a certain extent on unclaimed specialties.<\/em><\/p>\n
