It is noted that recently there have been changes in the operation of energy systems and the cause of many network problems is not the power transformers of the main step-down substation as was observed earlier, but the power lines and the configuration of the power supply circuit. A real assessment of the operation mode of this network and its optimization within the framework of standards is required.
