Annotation<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a0Innovative development is considered as a variant of the region\u2019s entry into the trajectory of sustainable development. The factors affecting the innovative development of the region. Taking into account the existing approaches to assessing the level of innovative development of the region, a method is proposed based on determining the index of innovative development. The analysis of the results of innovative development of the Sughd regional region of the Republic of Tajikistan over the past eight years after the adoption of the Innovative Development Strategy was carried out. Based on the results obtained, the level of innovative development is determined and the main problems of innovative development of the region are identified. To assess the innovative development of Tajikistan and its regions, it is proposed to fix the indicators of the level of 2010, since this year the Program of Innovative Development of the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted for the period 2011-2020, giving acceleration to qualitative and quantitative changes in the economy and social sphere of the country based on new knowledge and technologies.<\/em><\/p>\n
