 <\/p>\n

\u00a0The purpose of the study is to justify the need to improve business processes in enterprises in modern business conditions. The course is considered of solving the main task of the work, questions of the development of theoretical approaches to the concept of the term «business processes». A brief history of the occurrence of this phenomenon in economic practice and its study in the framework of economic sciences is given. The modern approach to the concept of «business process» is considered. The task of increasing the efficiency of business processes and the need for its solution in an integrated form is formulated. The grouping of business processes in modern enterprises are given. <\/em>The analysis revealed that the management of business processes is becoming increasingly important in the context of globalization and digitalization of the global economy. The article highlights and briefly analyzes the main methods for improving business processes in enterprises. The necessity of using a process-oriented approach in modern management is shown. Sound methodological inconsistency contrasting functional and process approaches, which is present in a number of scientific schools and management theories.<\/em><\/p>\n
