\u00a0To consider the impact of investments in science and education, it should be noted that this work is relevant not only for the high-tech industry, but also for the entire global industry as a whole. It is also necessary to take into account the degree of penetration of high technologies in other industries. In conducting the analysis of the impact of the financing of science and education on the development of markets, it should be noted that each state focuses on the development of certain industries, based on current economic and political realities. Under the funding of science should be understood not only investing directly in research and development (R & D), but also the money spent on the development of management structures and mechanisms in the field of science, as well as money spent on conducting scientific forums in the organization platforms for the exchange of technology and R&D in the public and private sectors. This is explained by the fact that investments in science and education are not the only components of a complex of factors influencing the in- tensification of the market for high-tech products. It is worth noting that all these measures affect both the market and each other and it is impossible to assess the extent and limits of their influence.<\/em><\/p>\n
