\u00a0The article analyzes the development trends of the regional labor market and structural changes in the composition of employed and unemployed, a detailed analysis of the structure of the workforce is carried out, which reflects the ongoing processes and determines their dynamic change.<\/em>It is shown how the inconsistency leads to a structural discrepancy between supply and demand in the system of training and employment of qualified personnel, which has a negative impact on the economic indicators of the regional economy. Results of the research can serve as the basis for the development of strategic plans for regional development and state regulation of the regional labor market.<\/em><\/p>\n
