\u00a0The article considers increasing the investment attractiveness of the Sughd region as a means of achieving the goals of regional socio-economic development, promoting business development and implementing investment projects. The investment climate in the regions plays a significant role in solving the problems of ensuring sustainable economic development and Its most important component is investment attractiveness, which is influenced by many factors — institutional environment, geographical location, social infrastructure, etc. The institutional aspects of the problem of investment attractiveness of the region, practical approaches to its solution on the example of the Sogd region from the position of ensuring sustainable development are investigated. Economic levers and incentives for increasing the efficiency of interaction between the region\u2019s business sector and the institutions of the market system and ways to increase the region\u2019s investment attractiveness are proposed<\/em><\/p>\n
