 <\/p>\n

\u00a0 The stages of development and implementation of investment programs in agriculture of Tajikistan and the characteristic features of each stage are justified. A critical analysis of the process of formation of the concept of the state investment policy for the development of the agricultural sector of the economy, and the problems that impede its implementation are made. The decisions on investing in an object of implementation based on a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed investments and investment activities in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tajikistan are considered. A retrospective analysis of institutional theory and the institutional foundations of investment as the main mechanism for the formation of a sustainable national economy is given. <\/strong>The performance indicator as a whole is calculated as the ratio of the result to the amount of resources spent on its achievement. \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
