Annotation
The classification of techniques for assessing the quality management system of HEIs by key features has been carried out. The methodical approach to the assessment of quality management system of university as a development of existing techniques, based on the needs of the regional labor market through the priority allocation of provisions of state educational standards and requirements of employers to candidates for vacant positions, while meeting a fixed level of requirements of other participants of interaction of labor market and educational services is substantiated. An algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of the quality management system of a university is proposed. The effectiveness of the quality management system of educational services of the bachelor degree specialty of 1-250107- economics and management at the enterprise in KPITTU named after M.S. Osimi on the developed methodology was assessed. A questionnaire survey of the subjects of the market of higher professional education was conducted in order to identify the degree of satisfaction of the stakeholders in the educational services of the university. The level of profitability of quality management system, taking into account the degree of satisfaction of stakeholders, which characterizes the high efficiency of measures to manage the quality of educational services, was calculated. The quality of educational services increases when the QMS is functioning properly, which entails an increase in the competitiveness of the university at the higher education market.
