METHODS OF PERSONNEL POLICY FORMATION TO ENSURE THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Annotation

 

  The article notes the importance of methodical approach in the study of the personnel component of economic security as one of the main mechanisms developed by the enterprise. The classification of methods of complex assessment of personnel was carried out, the essence of methods of personnel assessment center, information-psychological impact and assessment of integral index of economic security was considered. The adapted methods of personnel policy evaluation for providing economic security of enterprise were offered. Groups of indicators and indicators for the evaluation of personnel and economic security were formed, their brief characteristics are given. Calculation methods, threshold values and directions of optimization of personnel security indicators were defined. Personnel turnover factor, share of training costs in the total volume of expenses for personnel, specific weight of wages in the total expenses of an enterprise, presence of professional illnesses and level of work automation were considered as such indicators. The integral index of economic security of the enterprise was developed. The undoubted merit of the adapted procedure of appraisal of personnel policy suggested in the article is the possibility of its application to any enterprise, adaptation for solving tasks of different level of specification, possibility of integration into the general system of economic security of the enterprise.
