Annotation

The article deals with the issues of the impact of investments in science and education on the development of the market of intellectual products in Tajikistan. The author notes that this problem is relevant not only for high-tech industries, but also for the entire industry as a whole. This is due to the widespread penetration of high technologies into many sectors of the economy. When analyzing the impact of investments in science and education on the development of markets for intellectual products, the research methodology should take into account the fact that each state focuses on the development of certain industries, based on its current economic and political realities. In the article, the financing of science is understood not only as investments directly in R&D, but also as funds spent on the development of governing structures and regulatory mechanisms in the field of science, as well as funds spent on holding scientific forums, organizing platforms for the exchange of technologies and R&D in the public and private sector. This is explained by the fact that investments in science and education are not the only components of a complex of factors affecting the intensification of the market for high-tech products. It should be noted that all these measures affect both the market and each other, and it is quite difficult to assess the extent and limits of their influence. The author makes the following conclusions. In order to develop the market for intellectual products and increase the number and quality of patents, it is necessary to pay special attention to increasing the number of modern manufacturing enterprises. This is due to the fact that many innovations are aimed at improving and improving production technologies and their products. To maintain and accelerate economic growth, it is necessary to qualitatively and quantitatively increase the demand in the labor market and increase investment in the organization and the corresponding increase in the level of knowledge. In the context of globalization, the intellectual property market requires a high level of basic and specialized knowledge.
