LABOR POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT LIGHT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the context of globalization, modern enterprises are faced with the com-
plexity and variety of tasks of managing labor potential. The process of labor potential man-
agement is entering a new stage, which includes the development of an enterprise management
system, the reproduction of labor resources, continuous improvement, tracking changes, inno-
vation, the development of top management, the search and development of new ideas. The suc-
cess of any enterprise in the conditions of global competition largely depends on the level of
competence, professionalism and effective use of labor potential, the formation of which is con-
sidered the primary task of the enterprise. Modern conditions determine the focus of modern
enterprises on the search for a rational system for managing labor potential in order to in-
crease the efficiency of their use and increase the need for highly qualified workers and manag-
ers. When there is an effective labor management system of the company, the goals of the com-
pany coincide with the goals of the employee, as a result of which the efficiency of the compa-
ny's activity increases and the performance of the assigned tasks is ensured in full. The purpose
of this article is to develop a labor potential management system for a light industry enterprise.
The article describes the importance of managing the labor potential of an enterprise and the
need to develop its management system. As a result of the study of research works, the essence
of "labor potential" and its role in the activities of enterprises are explained. The factors influ-
encing the labor potential of the employee are presented. The article explains the principles of
formation of the labor potential management system and their content at light industry enter-
prises. When developing a labor resources management system, first of all, its subsystems were
determined, and all these subsystems affect the level of development of labor resources of both
an individual employee and all employees of an enterprise. Based on these subsystems, the au-
thor proposed a system for managing the labor potential of an enterprise using motivational
mechanisms for employees of an enterprise
