FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL HARMLESS FARMS IN SOGHDIAN REGION OF TAJIKISTAN

Abstract
In this article, the characteristics of the activity and development of personal auxiliary farms in the Sughd region are discussed. The purpose of the research has been clarified, which is to determine the characteristics of the activity and development of personal auxiliary farms in the Sughd region. It is known that the Sughd region is extremely diverse in terms of agro-climatic and soil factors, and on this basis, 4 natural and economic micro-zones of agriculture have been separated, which differ in local natural conditions and economic problems of agriculture, the characteristics of the development of personal farms supporting the population in micro-zones (microregions) are determined by the region. In the article, the indicators of the development of personal assistance farms and the analysis of the characteristics of the formation of the agricultural sector in the region were carried out, which describes the many changes that have occurred in the field in recent years, including the emergence of various forms of farming and production problems (more than nine forms) of farming. in agriculture. Analysis of the activity of personal auxiliary farms based on the indicators of the share of personal auxiliary farms of the population in the total volume of agricultural products from all categories of farms in the Sughd region and its dynamics in 2016-2020, the dynamics of the total volume of agricultural production in all categories of farms in the Sughd region, the structure of mediation to Agricultural entities of Sughd region are provided services. It has been determined that in the private farms of Sughd region, the greatest increase in indicators is observed in the production of potatoes, vegetables, and eggs. The production of meat and milk has been relatively slow due to the economic difficulties of these industries, and the importance of the development of these industries has been justified. Specific features of the development of modern homestead farms, such as the provision of stable work and food for all members of the farm during the year; non-taxation of production and sale of agricultural products; lack of effective channels of marketing of manufactured products are considered. The issues and characteristics of the activities of intermediary structures were discussed, and recommendations on increasing the production of plant and animal husbandry in private farms were put into practice.
