Abstract

The article presents an assessment of the effectiveness of managing an organizational and economic system using the example of a higher education institution. The assessment was conducted taking into account the satisfaction of key stakeholders: employers, graduates, students, teachers, and university administration. The relevance of the study is due to the need to integrate the satisfaction indicators of labor market and educational service providers into the system of criteria for effective university management. The object of the study is the effectiveness of managing an organizational and economic system. The methodological basis of the research is the balanced scorecard system, supplemented by a ranking of stakeholders in the higher professional education market. The study includes an analysis of costs and revenues, calculation of the profitability of an academic specialty taking into account stakeholder satisfaction, as well as the profitability of the specialty based on the quality of educational services. The research results demonstrate that integrating data on stakeholder satisfaction into the management effectiveness assessment system makes it possible to objectively identify the strengths and weaknesses of an educational program and to make optimal managerial decisions. High profitability indicators point to the high economic efficiency of the specialty, with the quality of educational services playing a key role in increasing the overall economic efficiency of the training program.
