Annotation

The article describes the principles of building e-learning systems based on web technologies. It is noted that a learning management system is software for administering, documenting, tracking, reporting and conducting e-learning via the Internet. The problems that exist in the digital learning system, the causes of their occurrence, possible approaches to monitoring and managing the system, the localization of software under the legislation of the region are studied. An overview of the web technologies of the modern education management system is given. The development process and the functionality of the system, the architecture of the system database, the use of user access to certain functionalities and system management interfaces are described. The process of integration with external systems is presented, a description of the technology for creating an adapted system of distance education is given. Key factors, system design order and resource management are defined. The relevance of developing systems based on the application of various approaches and the creation of adaptive environments for online learning is shown. The paper proposes further areas of research to improve the effectiveness of distance learning based on an individualized approach to students. Based on the results of the work, conclusions and future directions of scientific research in this area are presented.
