THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES OF AN ENTERPRISE IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Human resource management plays an effective role in the context of sustainable development in the modern world, where digitalization and automation of processes are crucial for the functioning of the enterprise. Digital technologies make it possible to optimize the processes of human resource management, increase labor productivity, reduce costs and, accordingly, increase the efficiency of the enterprise. In conditions of sustainable economic development, the use of digital technologies can help an enterprise effectively manage its workforce. The study of improving human resource management using digital technologies allows us to identify effective methods and solutions that will help enterprises adapt to changing market conditions, increase their competitiveness and ensure sustainable development in the long term. This article examines the role of digital technologies in the management of human resources of an enterprise and proposes a mechanism for combining human resource management and sustainable economic development. In addition, the article discusses the elements of digital technologies, each of which is explained. In particular, programs for accounting wages, working hours and personal affairs, programs for evaluating and managing personnel training, selecting personnel based on skills and personal qualities, and the like were considered. The conclusion is based on the analysis of the elements of digital technologies and their application in the process of managing the workforce of the enterprise.
